We will meet at Club 210 East and be transported to Eagle River Campground where the class will be conducted. There will be appetizers and refreshments around the fire as well as a Pavilion for bad weather.
When
Friday, May 13th, 2011 arrive by 5:45PM.
The bus will depart promptly at 6:00PM.

This event was held in the Vantage Room located in the Windbreak Cafe in Wasilla, Alaska.
This room comfortably seats 40 guests; (7) tables of guests and (2) tables of 6 guests. The room has its’ own entrance, bathroom and wait staff.
Food options are abundant; guests may choose entrees directly off the menu or specific entrees can be chosen for guests. The restaurant also offers full bar service.
To re-create this event you will need: Alaska Event Coordination (Venue, Menu, Beverage, Delivery, Pick-Up, Drop Off, Set- Up and Tear Down), Chair Covers, Chair Sashes, Table Cloths, Table Runners & Centerpieces (similar shown in picture).
